Completed BC Building Code Division B Part 3 building code reviews, site reviews and sealed reports for our client PSJ Developments Ltd. Part 3 deals with all fire and life safety items and access for persons with disabilities. We also provided applicable BC Fire Code review for more hazardous operations.

In 2018 completed an overall base building BC Building Code Division B Part 3 code review and sealed report and code compliance plans for our clients the owner and property manager. Also assisted with meeting with City and Fire Department to review the report. Part 3 deals with all fire and life safety items and access for persons with disabilities.

Complete design, engineering and field reviews/commissioning for 29,000 sq.ft. aircraft hangar – high expansion foam system and fire sprinkler system. Client: PCL Constructors.

2007-2009: provided complete engineering, detailed design and field reviews for the fire suppression systems including the fire sprinkler system and fire hose standpipe system.
